I have a big problem with procrastination and your guide helped me a lot! I’ve been applying a few of the methods for maybe 2 weeks now and I feel sooo much better. It’s not even the work. It’s not BS. I bought it for $7 against my better judgement because of one thought: “If I don’t buy this – something that could potentially help improve my life – then what would I spend the money on?” My answer was Taco Bell. A burrito box VS me wanting to improve myself.
I refuse to lose to a cheesy gordita crunch.
I only have 4 stars because even though I haven’t finished ityet and have yet to put anything into practice to see if it actually works, it has already exceeded my expectations by not being clickbait.

This book is very well written. All the points it makes, about things you can do to improve your life, have evidence to back them up. Its also a really good length – it was easy to read. I finished it in my lunch hour, and I’m glad it was concise and to the point. I definitely recommend this book who is struggling to find motivation. For only 7 dollars it gives a really easy to follow guide, broken down on how to make gradual changes – and no one wants to sit around bored for the rest of their lives. We all have a purpose, and this book helps you find it.
